We understand that finding the perfect saddle can be tricky, which is why The Saddle Barn offers a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Exchanges/Returns Process:
Inspect upon delivery: Please inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. Any noticeable damages must be documented with the carrier before they leave. Report discrepancies in your order directly to The Saddle Barn within 3 business days. If not reported within the proper timeline we will not be held responsible. We have no control of merchandise once it leaves our possession therefore our customer is responsible for inspection prior to use.
All returns must be approved: Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want to ensure you get the right saddle for your needs. If your item is damaged or defective in some way, please contact The Saddle Barn for a return authorization (RA) number before sending back any items.
Damaged items: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.
Please DO NOT:
- Return any item without receiving an RA number and return instructions.
- Discard original packaging or paperwork that came with your item..
- Wait longer than 3 business days after receiving your item to report an issue.
Conditions for Return:
- Products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
- We make no guarantee of fit, therefore items cannot be returned because of fit! Please do your homework before ordering. Try on other saddles you own or friends saddles so you know which tree size you need.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a restocking fee of up to 20% from your refund amount.
- Website photographs are the best representations of the product and may not exactly reflect the color or style of the actual item.
- We cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been altered.
- Items returned without an RA number.
