Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via email(to the email address you entered during checkout) when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thesaddlebarn.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can track your shipment status from the FedEx tracking number that was provided you via email.
Expedited orders ship by the next business day. If you're really lucky, it might even get on the truck very same day!
We find that most East Coast and Mid-Western orders arrive within 2-4 business days once the item has left the warehouse. Orders west of the Rockies usually hit the doorstep in 3-5 business days.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Unfortunately we do not allow shipping to P.O. Boxes because the vast majority of our orders are too large and they simply will not be delivered. We ask that you provide a physical address for your order to ensure timely delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Order from out of US is as simple as you’re ordering from within US.
International shipments sometimes incur import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges (like VAT) are separate from our prices and handled by your local customs office.
